Our easy to print invites will be emailed to you along with your party confirmation when booking and deposit is made.
You are welcome to bring your own cake, however a $15 surcharge will apply to cover the supply of candles, plates, cutlery, napkins and clean-up services.
Helium Balloons
Yes we can arrange what ever you needs are from standard multi coloured to personalized, numbers or themed balloons. We can assist you and save you your time in external ordering, the hastle and inconvenience of picking up on the day and any accidents of balloons bursting along the way.
Prices are according to your request starting from $1.50 per balloon for standard colours
Party Bags
Althrough Gourmet Chefs get to take away their precious baked item as their take home treat. We can also organise lolly bags and cooking related extras from only $1.50 per guest .
Novelty Party Show Bags
Children love show bags! So for something different we have put together an inexpensive show bag comprising their own very special gourmet kids cloth carry bag, cooking utensil and yes of course the expected anticipated lolly bag. The show bag is also great to carry their chef hat, apron and baked item home in too! Cost $4.00 per guest .
Adult Catering
Should parents wish to stay and watch the fun, we have a number of delicious adult food options together with a wide variety of hot and cold drinks available at very low prices. With regret we do not allow self catering for the adults, so if you are wanting something other than our list below, please do not hesitate to discuss this with us.
- Hot drinks – cap, latte, hot chocolate, regular and herbal teas only $3.00 per cup – available at the Malvern shop only
- Cold drinks – wide variety of cans, vitamin waters, iced teas and bottled flat/sparkling water from $2.00 – available at all locations
- Hot savoury finger food (spring rolls, samosas, falafels, risotto balls and sauces) – 30 pieces: $30
- Corn chips, french onion dip and vegetables – serves approximately 15 people: $30
- Plate of our delicious homemade biscuits – 13 pieces: $20
- Chocolate mud cake – approximately 15 slices: $20
- Standard fruit platter (watermelon, cantalope, pineapple, strawberries, grapes) – serves approximately 20: $35
- Large standard fruit platter (watermelon, cantalope, pineapple, strawberries, grapes) – serves approximately 30: $45
- Large special fruit platter (above + seasonal fruit, e.g. cherries, blueberries, passionfruit, lychees) – serves approx. 30: $55
- Combination of pastries cupcakes and mini muffins – serves approx 15 $25
- Sushi platter – ordered in for your convenience according to your needs from $30 for a small platter- appx 32-40 pcs
- Sandwhich platter – multigrain bread with a combination of cheese/tomato, tuna mayo/cucumber, egg mayo/lettuice from $35 for small platter (28 corners)

Photographs
A picture perfect moment! Give your child something to remember by choosing from either a group or individual photograph complete with a digital personalized frame for only $18. Your photo will be sent to our photographer for enhancement – special wording can be be noted on the photo if you would like to send out this photo to your guests as a personalised thank you. Please advise us what you would like written on your photo (standard writing “happy ?th birthday childs name” at the top, “Gourmet Kids” at the bottom). Your photo will be emailed to you approx 1-2 weeks after your party.
Personalized thank you photos/magnets
You can also have your photo turned into mini photo thank you cards ($12 for 4 plus $3 postage) or thank you fridge magnets ($20 for 4 plus $3 postage)
If you’re looking for an extra-special momento of your time with us, we sell authentic Gourmet Kids cooking aprons ($15 available for purchase on the day or can be posted – $3 postage) and chef hats ($13 available for purchase on the day or can be posted - $3 postage), including the option to pre-print with a photo to wear on the day (personalised apron), or to be printed later with a group or individual photograph as above ($35 each including printed item and postage).
