A Deposit of $100 is required at the time of booking – this is non refundable however should the party be cancelled or rescheduled the deposit can be applied to the new booking

Confirmation of the party details and the final number of attendees is required on the Wednesday prior to the party date for invoicing

Payment of the party balance invoice is required on the Thursday prior to the party date

A final invoice will be raised after the party to cover any extras on the day with payment required within 7 days

For health and safety reasons, we ask that no additional food or drink (aside from the birthday cake) is to be brought to the party without prior notice and discussion

We please ask that you, and your guests, arrive no earlier than 15 minutes prior to the party start time to enable staff to be fully setup and ready for you when you arrive
