SEPT 2025 SCHOOL HOLIDAY PROGRAM

We will be running many small classes this school holiday period
This school holiday program I have decided to keep the classes smaller in size and provide a more personal approach and as such the classes will be conducted from my house in Malvern (unless class size exceeds capacity in which case I will move the class to the Burwood neighbourhood house – 1 Church Street Burwood – near the corner of Toorak and Warrigal Roads)
Your children will have much fun participating in our hands-on program. We have planned such an action-packed program and parent are not required to stay 🙂
Menu on the day will typically be 1 sweet and 1 savoury item

Final selection will be decided upon 1-2 days prior to the class – ( 1 complex paired with 1 simple or 2 mid range complexity) based on class size, age range and any special request

Bookings are essential with plenty of places still available – please call Susan on 0413133753 to book and discuss the menu/recipe and any special requests. The cost of the class is $65 per child (the special price when booking with a friend is $60 per child if the class is over 15 attendees)
Gourmet Kids cooking lessons are an ideal way to give your child a hands-on approach to learning practical skills through cooking whatever their age.
We aim to help children between the ages of 5 and 12 have fun preparing and making dishes, increasing their independence and self-esteem. We’ve found that even fussy eaters like the taste of their cooking, and our classes also help kids to appreciate the effort that goes into preparing their food at home..
We give individual support appropriate for each child and spark their interest in a skill that they’ll be able to use for the rest of their lives
A minimum of 10 attendees is required for the class to proceed

Payment is required before the class and no refunds will be provided for no-shows on the day. Cancellations made 24 hours before the class have the option of a makeup class. We fully understand cancellations on the day may be due to sicknesses and if possible we will allow a makeup class to be made during the rest of the holiday program.

Thank you for a fantastic program last Tuesday. My granddaughter loved it. The first time she liked broccoli, and we had to make it the next day! Have you ever thought of a bit more advanced program for kids who do lots ok cooking at home? Thanks again. Karen Romari
